The main project scope is procurement transformation project of a European-based global contracting group, finding synergies to leverage its volume and enabling the realization of savings through capability building. EDMAN gives support in identifying potential suppliers for the manufacturing of different categories of products in Turkey, listing primary and secondary potential suppliers in the identified market thus contribute to the realization of savings.
